Race Rules & Regulations

• The organizer reserves the to limit, accept or reject without assigning reasons thereof all information  during online registration must be correct.
• Once registration is processed, there will be NO REFUND for those who failed to show up for the race or withdraw at any REASONS.
• Race registration will only be CONFIRMED once FULL PAYMENT has been made.
• No changes of name and race category Please double check information before submitting.
• On Spot Last minute registration will not be entertained.
• Organizer shall not be liable for any body injuries, loss/ damage to properties or belongings. Please ensure cautious at all time.
• The Race Director / Organizing committee decision is final.
• All Participants should collect race packs on site race venue which has been designated. For whom had not done collection during schedule day, date and time, participants will be forfeited OR appoint any friends to collect on behalf.
• Race briefing will be done online – Any Q&A also will be carried out. Date and time will be advised by the organizer.
• A timing chip will be issued upon on-site registration with a deposit of RM50, which will be refunded when the chip is returned at the registration tent.
• Swimmers must wear swimming cap at all time.
• Wet suit is not permitted. Two-piece swim wear/bikini is also not allowed (local authority requirement).

• Safety swimming buoy is compulsory. (if do not have buoy we have on sale at RM60 per piece).
• In water, swimmers can always hold onto the swimming safety buoy anytime for resting en-route to finishing line.
• Swimmers who do not finish the course within the time limit shall be removed from the water.
• Any transfer of bib should notify organizer and admin fee of RM 25 per transfer is imposed for single swimmer.
